All patients must be fully vaccinated. Masks are required in the office; if you do not have one, a complimentary mask will be provided.
I am aware that many mandates related to the virus have been lifted, however, at this time, in line with most NYC healthcare facilities, the office policy regarding Covid virus precautions errs on the side of an abundance of caution.
I ask that out of respect for the patients and practitioners in the office if you are experiencing any symptoms related to Covid19 virus/variants, informed that you have been exposed to or testing positive for the virus, that you email me so we can discuss the situation prior to arrival. This also includes the flu and RSV. I thank you and appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
